Description

Reservations now have the ability to print invoices for the reservation. 

Resolution

In "Reception" click onto “Reservations", search the required reservation






  1. Select the "Invoice" Tab
  2. The screen lists all the items included on the reservation
  3. Invoice Cost - provides the ability to amend the value which is printed on the invoice
  4. The invoice total must match the actual total

Invoice options

  1. Print - ability to print invoice

  1. Email - ability to send to the lead client (see General menu - Reservation Invoice)
