This section covers the ability to amend a reservation

Resolution


In "Reception" click onto “Reservations"



Reservation - Amend Dates



  1. Arrival Date - the date the clients are due to arrive
    1. arrival dates are used on confirmations and reminders
  2. Click the date to change 
    1. If the booking is for a single day changing the date will prompt to change the departure date to keep inline
      1. Any appointment scheduled will be marked as unscheduled
    2. If the booking is over multiple dates, changing the arrival date will prompt to move the departure date by the same number of days
      1. Any appointment scheduled will be marked as unscheduled
      2. Any appointments with in the changed date range will remain scheduled
  3. Departure Date - the date the clients are due to depart
  1. Arrival Time- ability to change the arrival time 
    1. arrival times are used on confirmations and reminders
  2. Departure Time - ability to change the departure time
    1. departure times can be used on confirmations and reminders

Reservation - Amend Times


The ability to change the individual arrival and departure time per guest
  1. Enter the "Schedule Details" Tab
  2. Click onto the Arrival Time or Departure Time per client
  3. Enter an new time
    1. The reservation arrival and departure time will automatically updated if the times are earlier or later than the main times

Reservation - Amend Schedule



To amend a Package / Appointments
  1. Select the item listed in the Package / Appointments section
    1. Select "Amend" to change the item 
  2. Package -
    1. select an alternate package when presented with the selection
    2. select an alternate package time band in the Package Availability
  3. Appointment
    1. Select an alternate appointment when presented with the list
  4. Group activity 
    1. select an alternate group activity and or date when presented with the list

To Delete a Package / Appointments
  1. Select the item listed in the Package / Appointments section
    1. Select "Delete" to change the item 
  2. Package -
    1. select an alternate package when presented with the selection
    2. select an alternate package time band in the Package Availability
  3. Appointment
    1. Select an alternate appointment when presented with the list
  4. Group activity 
    1. select an alternate group activity and or date when presented with the list

To Cancel a Package / Appointments
  1. Select the item listed in the Package / Appointments section
    1. Select "Cancel" to change the item 
  2. Package -
    1. select an alternate package when presented with the selection
    2. select an alternate package time band in the Package Availability
  3. Appointment
    1. Select an alternate appointment when presented with the list
  4. Group activity 
    1. select an alternate group activity and or date when presented with the list
