EMS | Reprinting Receipts
Description
How to reprint a receipt if a guest requires this for VAT purposes.
Please note that this requires a receipt printer.
Resolution
If the end of day hasn't been done:
If you go into 'Reception > amend receipts', you can select the receipt from the list and hit the 'reprint receipt' button.
If the end of day has been done:
If you go into 'Reception > clients', search for the client and load their profile. Then select the 'Spend' tab.
Find the bill in question and select it (if you need to see the details of the bill, you can select 'show detail').
You can then use the little receipt printer button to reprint a receipt:
