Repeat Bookings is designed to facilitate regular bookings, with the same client having the same appointment, at a regular time a regular interval apart.
The same appointments can be booked in Appointment Booking, using the clipboard to identify the client, but must still be booked one by one. Using Repeat Bookings, all the bookings can be processed in one go.
From the main Reception menu, click Repeat Bookings.

The Time is the target, the Variance is how flexible the client can be around the target Time. Entering a Time of 14:00 and a Variance of 01:00, will allow a booking between 13:00 and 15:00 hours, i.e. 14:00 plus or minus an hour. If the target Time is available, then this will always be booked. A variance of 00:00 will only permit bookings to be made at the target Time.
Prefer Client Card Staff and Only Use Client Card Staff, are for future development.

The available appointment slots will be shown in the diary view in the bottom half of the screen. A column will display for each date that an appointment can be booked; the appointment block will show as a shaded area. Only bookable appointments will show.

The bookings will now show on the main Appointment Booking screen alongside all other bookings.
If multiple appointments are to be booked, repeat the above process for each appointment until all those required, have been scheduled.
