Description

Internal appointments are used to add blocks to a room, these are initially made available via Internal Appointment Codes,

Configuring Staff Internal Appointments

In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Internal Appointment Codes”


  1. Select an Internal appointment from the list
  2. Tick the "Room" in the "Relevant To" section
  3. Select whether the internal appointment is deemed as:
    1. Working - a block included in the working day and utilisation reports e.g. Block Internal meeting
    2. Not Working - a block not included as active time e.g. maintenance
  4. Set "Show in Rota" to be able to add blocks as part of the room rota
  5. Set "Show in Column/business closure" to include in bulk column closure

Room Allocation

To configure which rooms can be booked out

  1. Select the Site Details Tab 
  2. Select the required Internal appointment form the list
  3. Using the Room Allocation Tab move the required Room left to right to allocate
