Internal appointments are used to add blocks to a room, these are initially made available via Internal Appointment Codes,
Resolution
Configuring Staff Internal Appointments
In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Internal Appointment Codes”
- Select an Internal appointment from the list
- Tick the "Room" in the "Relevant To" section
- Select whether the internal appointment is deemed as:
- Working - a block included in the working day and utilisation reports e.g. Block Internal meeting
- Not Working - a block not included as active time e.g. maintenance
- Set "Show in Rota" to be able to add blocks as part of the room rota
- Set "Show in Column/business closure" to include in bulk column closure
Room Allocation
To configure which rooms can be booked out
- Select the Site Details Tab
- Select the required Internal appointment form the list
- Using the Room Allocation Tab move the required Room left to right to allocate
