Resolution

Configuring Staff Internal Appointments

In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Internal Appointment Codes”

  1. Select an Internal appointment from the list
  2. Tick the "Golf Course" in the "Relevant To" section
  3. Select whether the internal appointment is deemed as:
    1. Working - a block included in the working day and utilisation reports e.g. internal club, competition
    2. Not Working - a block not included as active time e.g. closed frost, course maintenance
  4. Set "Show in Rota" to be able to add blocks as part of the Season Schedule

 Player Type Blocks

In addition to adding blocks to a tee-sheet to reduce availability, a internal appointment can be used to indicate the type of player to be booked.
There are three default Player Blocks
-MEMBER- to indicate member (member and guest) only booking times, this is displayed on the tee sheet as a bookable block
-RESIDENT- to indicate hotel guest only bookable times
-Mem/Resid- to indicate non pay and play (Visitor) times on the tee sheet, used to book member, member guest and resident bookings

These blocks deduce the availability for pay and play (Visitors) when booking online.

To create a Player Block
  1. Select "Allow to be Booked Over"
