EMS | Internal Appointments
Description
Internal appointments are used to add blocks to an appointment book, which can be assigned to staff, room, facility and golf columns.
The internal appointments are a visual book in a column which can have notes added , and are configured as working or none working time for report and business statistics
Resolution
Creating Internal Appointment Codes
In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Internal Appointment Codes”
- To create new Internal Appointment click onto the "Green Plus"
- Enter a Code - the code is a maximum of 8 characters
- Enter a description
- Select the default length - the length is configured based on the default Interval
- Interval if your business uses multiple column intervals please select the relevant either 5, 10, 15 minutes
- Move the required Sites from left to right to allocate
- Select the "Green Tick" to confirm
Internal Appointment Colour
To change the colour of the Internal Appointment select the coloured block on the Diary View Colour
You can the select:
- The basic colour pallet
- The rainbow section panel
- Enter the RGB colour pallet codes
