Gifted | Sending stock to our Fulfilment Centre

⏱ Estimated time: 2 minutes
👤 Role: Marketing Teams, Operations Managers, Reception Staff

What you'll learn

  1. Where to ship your physical voucher stationery.
  2. How to correctly label and document your stock deliveries.
  3. How to notify the team to prevent processing delays and handling charges.

When should I use this?

Use this guide whenever you are ordering new branded voucher stock, envelopes, or packaging from your printers and need it shipped directly to our team for Gifted-managed fulfilment.

Key Logic: To manage high volumes efficiently, our dedicated stock holding and fulfilment operations run via our print partner's secure facility. All deliveries must be sent to this specific logistics address, not our main corporate office.

Before you start

  1. Ensure your printer or supplier knows your exact hotel/property name.
  2. Download and fill out the Delivery Note attached to this portal article.
  3. Confirm the final quantities and types of stock being dispatched.

Step-by-step

1. Prepare your delivery documentation

  1. Ensure your shipment can be identified and verified immediately upon arrival.
  2. Complete the attached delivery note, explicitly detailing the type of stock and the exact quantity contained in the shipment.
  3. Place the completed delivery note clearly inside the packaging with the items.

2. Address and label the shipment

  1. Ensure the courier or printer labels the external packaging correctly to avoid handling fees.
  2. Address the shipment exactly as follows:
FAO Gifted Fulfilment
In2Print Ltd,
Phoenix House,
Stoke Rd,
Cheltenham
GL51 9SY

Alert
Crucial Step: Clearly mark your Hotel/Property Name on the outside of the external packaging.

3. Notify the support team

  1. Alert us to the incoming delivery so we can track its arrival and log it into your inventory.
  2. Send a quick dispatch confirmation email to support@journey.travel.
  3. Include the expected delivery date and the courier tracking number if available.

Best practice

  1. Don't Forget the Property Name: Printers often ship stock with only their own business name on the courier label. Always instruct your printing company to put your property's name in the "Reference" or "Company" field of the shipping label.
  2. Keep a Digital Copy: Always keep a digital copy of your filled-out delivery note for your own internal inventory records.
  3. Ask for Assistance When Needed: If you are unsure if your packaging meets the required criteria, the Journey Support Team is available via live chat on our support portal or at support@journey.travel.
