Gifted | Outstanding voucher report
Here is how to produce a report of all active vouchers that can still be redeemed in Gifted.
Process:
- Run the Sold report 3 times with status filters set to:
- Active
- Partially Redeemed
- Complimentary
- Combine them all in a spreadsheet of your choice
- Filter the expiry columns A-Z , and remove any that have expired ( this will include some partially redeemed vouchers/complimentary vouchers that have expired )
- Check the report for any duplications.
You will now have a report that reflects all vouchers that can still be redeemed in Gifted.
