Gifted | Outstanding voucher report

Here is how to produce a report of all active vouchers that can still be redeemed in Gifted.

Process:

  • Log on to your Gifted platform.

  • Click ‘Reports’ on the left-hand side.

  • On the left, under 'Vouchers' select the 'Sold' option.

  • When selecting dates the 'To date' must be todays date, please set the 'From date' back six months + your voucher validity period tto cover any extended validity. 

  1. Run the Sold report  3 times with status filters set to:
    1. Active
    2. Partially Redeemed
    3. Complimentary
  1. Combine them all in a spreadsheet of your choice
  2. Filter the expiry columns A-Z , and remove any that have expired ( this will include some partially redeemed vouchers/complimentary vouchers that have expired ) 
  3. Check the report for any duplications.
You will now have a report that reflects all vouchers that can still be redeemed in Gifted.
