Gifted | How to upload Terms & Conditions

As an admin, you can customise the Terms and Conditions for specific vouchers or categories within the Gifted platform.

By default, the Terms and Conditions shown in the footer of your Gifted storefront are the standard Gifted Terms. If you’d like to update these, please contact our support team at support@journey.travel.

Uploading Terms and Conditions to a Category

  • Log in to your Gifted platform.
  • From the left-hand menu, click ‘Vouchers’.

  • Select ‘Categories’.

  • Find the category you want to update, then click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side.

  • In the ‘Terms and Conditions’ field, enter the relevant text.
  • You'll notice there is also a Complimentary Terms and Conditions field. Tip: If you frequently issue complimentary vouchers, you can add specific Terms and Conditions underneath for these. These “complimentary T&Cs” will override the standard ones—but only when a complimentary voucher is issued.
  • Scroll down and click ‘Update Category’ to save your changes.

Uploading Terms and Conditions to a Voucher

  • Log in to your Gifted platform.
  • Click ‘Vouchers’ from the menu on the left-hand side.

  • Find the specific voucher you want to edit, then click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side.
  • Navigate to the ‘Content’ tab.
  • Scroll down to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ section.
  • Enter the Terms and Conditions you'd like to apply.
    • These will appear on both the voucher’s storefront page and the downloadable PDF version.
    • Important: Leave this field blank if you want to use the default Terms and Conditions from the category instead.
  • Click ‘Update Voucher’ at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
