Uploading T&Cs to a Category
Log on to your Gifted platform
Click ‘Vouchers’ on the left-hand side
Select Categories.
Find the category you wish to edit and click ‘Edit’ (On the right-hand side).
Enter text into the box labelled 'Terms and Conditions'.
It’s often a good idea to enter complimentary terms and conditions underneath for your best sellers (aka the vouchers you are most likely to hand out as complimentary). The complimentary T&Cs override the normal T&Cs ONLY when a complimentary voucher is issued.
Click ‘Update Category' (Bottom of the page).
Uploading T&Cs to a Voucher
Log on to your Gifted platform
Click ‘Vouchers’ on the left-hand side
Find the individual voucher type you wish to update & click 'Edit' (On the right-hand side).
Select the ‘Content’ tab.
Scroll down to the Terms and Conditions box.
Fill in the T&Cs as required. These appear on the voucher page on the storefront and also on the PDF voucher. (IMPORTANT: Please leave it blank if you wish to use the category terms and conditions.)
Click ‘Update Voucher’ (Bottom of the page).
