Gifted | How to run an 'Expired' report

  • Log on to your Gifted platform.

  • Click ‘Reports’ on the left-hand side.

  • Select 'Expired' from the options shown below.

  • Select the time period you require using the date range and mini calendar.

  • You can additionally select specific categories or vouchers if you wish (using the two filters underneath).

  • This report contains a list of all your breakage (the vouchers that expired without ever being redeemed).

  • Select ‘Download CSV'.

  • Now you can view, save and print off the report.I

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In this report, in the column titled 'Item Status' If it says...

'Purchased' - this means that the voucher has expired but is still within the grace period set for your property.

'Expired' - this means that it has expired and is no longer within the grace period set by your property.
