Log on to your Gifted platform.
Click ‘Reports’ on the left-hand side.
Select 'Expired' from the options shown below.
Select the time period you require using the date range and mini calendar.
You can additionally select specific categories or vouchers if you wish (using the two filters underneath).
This report contains a list of all your breakage (the vouchers that expired without ever being redeemed).
Select ‘Download CSV'.
Now you can view, save and print off the report.I
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In this report, in the column titled 'Item Status' If it says...
'Purchased' - this means that the voucher has expired but is still within the grace period set for your property.
'Expired' - this means that it has expired and is no longer within the grace period set by your property.
