Gifted | How to run a 'Customer' report

This report contains details of all guests who have opted in at the Gifted checkout to receive special offers and other marketing messages by email.

IMPORTANT: This is the only report that can be used to market to your customers. (Contact details in voucher reports (Sold, Redeemed or Expired) CANNOT be used for marketing purposes.)

To access this report:

  • Log on to your Gifted platform.

  • Click on the ‘Reports’ button in the menu on the left-hand side.

  • On the right-hand side under the Customers tab, click ‘Download CSV'.

  • You can now view, save and print this report.
