Gifted | How to get notifications for all new orders

If you would like to receive an email notification each time an order is placed you'll need to 'opt in' to receive these. Here's how you can do that...

  • Log on to your Gifted platform.

  • Click on the top right-hand corner (most likely will be your initials).

  • Click 'User Settings'.

  • Select the 'Notifications' tab.

  • You'll see 'New Orders' is currently greyed out.

  • Slide the toggle underneath to green to turn on.

  • Click 'Update Profile'.
