Gifted | How to fulfil a 'Collect' order at your property

When a customer chooses the 'Collect' option as their delivery method, it becomes your property's responsibility to prepare the order. You can choose to have the order ready in advance or wait until the customer arrives—whichever approach best suits your operational preferences.

How to fulfil a 'collect' order:

  • Log in to your Gifted platform.
  • Look at the 'Collections' box on your dashboard. If it says 1 or more, that means that there is a collect order that has not yet been dispatched:

  • Click on the 'Collections' box.
  • This opens up a list of all order/s that have not yet been dispatched (within the selected dates).
  • Click 'View' on the right-hand side of the order you wish to print.

  • Once the order is open, you will see the screen below. You can then click 'View Overprint' to print onto your property's pre-printed stock. Alternatively, if you are printing onto a plain A4 piece of paper, you can click 'View Voucher' to open and print the standard E-voucher.

  • Once printed and packed, click 'Update Order Status'. This will then show the below pop-up.

    • If you are printing it while the customer is in front of you, you may wish to set it as dispatched.
    • If you are pre-printing them in advance, you may wish to set it to 'Preparing for Dispatch' and notify the customer that it is ready and waiting.
  • Click 'Update Status'.
  • Press the back button to return to the order list.
  • For pre-printed orders, you can simply click on the 'Dispatched' button on the order page when you pass the voucher over to the customer. You don't need to open up the order entirely.
  • Once a 'collection' order is dispatched, it will be highlighted in green, as shown below.
