Gifted | How to add a 'Redemption Telephone Number' to a category
You may optionally provide a different telephone number to display on the voucher.
Sometimes it will make more sense to have different telephone numbers printed on your vouchers so that when the guest calls to redeem their voucher, they aren't simply put through to your main hotel switchboard, but rather, directly call the Spa/Golf Club etc.
Uploading a telephone number
Log on to your Gifted platform.
Click ‘Vouchers’ on the left-hand side.
Select the category that you wish to update.
Click ‘Edit’ (on the right-hand side).
Scroll to the 'Redemption telephone number' text box.
Input the number of the outlet's direct line.
Leave it empty to use the main support telephone number instead.
Click on ‘Update category’
