Gifted | How do I see what a guests voucher will look like
If you'd like to see what the guest's voucher will look like once it has been printed then follow the below guide -
Log in to your Gifted platform.
Search for the guest's order using the 'Find an Order' button.
Search via one of the parameters shown below.
Once you have found the correct order, select the 'Items' tab.
On the relevant voucher/s click 'Download Overprint PDF'.
You may then be given some options, depending on how many different overprints your property has set up. If there is more than one, choose the one that you need.
This will then open up the overprint that is printed, for the physical vouchers, in a new tab. An example image of an overprint is placed below. If there is only one it will automatically open the overprint.
To view how the e-voucher would look, simply follow the same instructions as above except click 'Download Voucher PDF'. This will open up the e-voucher in a new tab.
