Gifted | Fulfilment FAQ

How much will the customer pay, and does the property receive any of this?

Customers can choose between First Class delivery or Special Delivery, with each option carrying a different cost. Regardless of their selection, the total charge will also include a fulfilment fee and an additional voucher fee. However, these charges are consolidated and presented to the customer as a single postage cost, with no breakdown provided. The delivery charge goes towards dispatch, whilst the fulfilment fee, and voucher fee—are retained by Gifted.

Base cost

This is an additional fee paid by the customer, included within the overall 'postage' cost. It is the only portion of the fee that is returned to your property. You have full control over this amount and can request changes to it at any time—we’ll update it on your behalf.

How long does it take from order to delivery usually?

Delivery timeframes depend on the postage option selected. Royal Mail does not provide a guaranteed delivery timeframe for First Class delivery. We advise a maximum of 10 days for First Class.

In contrast, Special Delivery offers guaranteed next-day delivery. Therefore, if a customer needs their voucher by a specific date, we always recommend selecting Special Delivery, provided they make their purchase before 1PM. Any orders made after 1PM on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
