How much will the customer pay and does the property receive any of this?

Below I have attached screenshots of the current pricing. The customer will be able to select either 1st Class delivery or Special delivery, depending on which they choose they will pay a different amount. They will also be charged the fulfilment fee and additional voucher fee, however, it will appear to the customer as one postage price, it is not broken down for them to see. The fulfilment fee, additional voucher fee and postage cost comes to us here at Gifted.

The key section here is the last screenshot which shows the 'Cost', we call this the base cost. This is an additional fee that the customer pays (again, included in the 'postage' cost), this is the only fee that goes back to your property. This amount is controlled by you, so you ask us to change this amount on your behalf at any time.

How long does it take from order to delivery usually?

This depends on which postage is selected. The Royal Mail does not give us an estimated delivery time frame for 1st Class delivery. However, Special Delivery is guaranteed next-day delivery so if a customer wants their voucher by a specific date we would always recommend they choose this option.
