Gifted | Creating a bespoke voucher

You might wish to let your guests know that you can offer them a truly unique gift that they can personally choose, made up of different experiences you have on offer at the property.

  • Log on to your Gifted platform.

  • Go to ‘vouchers’.

  • Click on ‘create a voucher’.

  • Title it ‘Bespoke Voucher’.

  • Select the ‘monetary’ category from the list (or you could create a new category called ‘bespoke vouchers’).

  • Enter a 0 price in the price field.

  • Press the big green button.

On the next page, you’ll need to add a brief description and additional content too. Why not go for something like this:

  • Go on to the ‘design’ tab.

  • Upload an image.

  • Go on to the ‘settings’ page and make the voucher ‘available to the public’. When this is active the button will turn green.

  • Then scroll down the page.

  • And toggle the ‘display only’ button as shown below.

  • Click save.

  • We recommend viewing this voucher on your storefront to ensure you are happy with how it looks and that it cannot be added to the customer's basket.

This will now be displayed on your Gifted page like so…
