Gifted | Create an Offer

  • Log on to your Gifted platform.

  • In the menu on the left-hand side, click on ‘Marketing'.

  • Click on the 'Offers' widget.

  • Click on ‘Create an Offer’.


  • Type in the offer name (such as "Black Friday Deal").

  • Select the chosen dates that you want (start date and time, then end date and end time). To select the dates use the calendar that will pop-up. For the times, scroll to the desired time - we recommend starting an offer in the morning.

  • Apply the discount that you would like to use in the offer.

  • Only fill in EITHER the voucher expiry OR validity period, you don’t ever need both.

  • Voucher expiry - leave blank unless you want all these vouchers to be used by a certain date (great for using in conjunction with freebies such as a comp glass of fizz on arrival).

  • Validity period - if you want them to be redeemed over a short period of time (like a winter offer where you want a lot of business over the next 2 months).

  • Write a description.

  • Fill in any terms & conditions for the offer (such as valid Mon-Thurs, excluding bank holidays or comp drinks will be issued alongside a dinner reservation).

  • Click on 'Create Offer'.

  • You will see a green banner popup briefly along the top of the page to say this offer has been created.


  • Click on the 'Vouchers' tab within the offer settings.

  • Select any vouchers you would like to include in the offer. Selected vouchers will display highlighted in green with a tick.

  • Click on 'Update Offer' at the bottom of the page.

  • The offer will then be ready to go live during the selected dates and times you entered in the Setup tab.

    Important note - If a voucher is part of an offer, it will no longer be able to be purchased in any other part of the Gifted site (for example, half-price afternoon tea in January means the included afternoon tea voucher cannot be brought at full price whilst the offer is running. Therefore, you may want to create a new voucher that can then be applied to the offer, so customers don’t miss out on any experiences and you don’t miss out on any sales.
