Gifted | Create a Testimonial
This feature can be used to encourage potential customers to purchase a voucher by adding positive reviews and experiences to your voucher pages.
Log on to your Gifted platform.
Click on ‘Marketing’ on the left-hand side of the menu.
Click on the 'Testimonials' widget.
Click on the 'Add a Testimonial' button
Type in the name of the source (i.e Mr & Mrs Smith Review/The Guardian review).
Then input the quote/review. For example..."The whole experience was excellent, the food and service completely surpassed our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. First-class dining at its best in a beautiful setting with fantastic customer service.”
Choose your rating.
Select a category, by selecting a category, the testimonial will show for any voucher in that particular category.
If you'd prefer to be more specific, you can ignore the 'category' selection and select a voucher instead. Selecting a voucher will only show this testimonial on the selected voucher's page, overriding any category selection above.
Hit the 'Create Testimonial' button at the bottom and it will then be live on Gifted.
