You can enhance your voucher pages by showcasing positive reviews and customer experiences, helping to build trust and encourage potential customers to make a purchase.

1. Log in to your Gifted platform account.
   
2. Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on ‘Marketing’.
   
3. 
4. Select the ‘Testimonials’ widget from the available options.
   
5. Click on the ‘Add a Testimonial’ button to begin adding customer feedback.
   
6. Enter the source name (e.g. Mr & Mrs Smith Review or The Guardian Review).
   
7. Paste the customer quote or review in the text box provided. For example:
   
1. “The whole experience was excellent, the food and service completely surpassed our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. First-class dining at its best in a beautiful setting with fantastic customer service.”
   
8. Choose a star rating that reflects the tone of the testimonial.
   
9. Select a category to apply the testimonial across all vouchers within that category.
   
10. Alternatively, assign the testimonial to a specific voucher by skipping the category selection and choosing a voucher instead. Note: Selecting a specific voucher will display the testimonial only on that voucher’s page and will override any category you may have selected earlier.
    
11. Click the ‘Create Testimonial’ button at the bottom of the page. Your testimonial will now be published and live on your Gifted platform.
