Gifted | Changing a Voucher's Validity Period

Not to be confused with changing the validity period of a guest's individual order.

This article aims to detail the steps to be taken in order to change a voucher's validity period (for all future vouchers purchased, of its type):

  • Log on to your Gifted platform.

  • Select ‘vouchers’ from the left-hand side column.

  • Search for the voucher in need of the change. You can use the category and status filter or keyword search to save time if your hotel has a high quantity of vouchers.

  • When you have found the voucher you are after, select 'edit'.

  • Tab across to ‘settings’.

  • Find the validity box and enter the new validity period.

  • Scroll to the bottom.

  • Press update voucher.

You cannot bulk update the validity period across multiple vouchers. These would need to be manually changed following the above instructions.
