Gifted | Changing a Voucher's Validity Period

Note: This guide is for updating the validity period of a voucher type (affecting all future purchases of that voucher). 

Updating a Voucher's Validity for Future Purchases

  1. Log in to your Gifted platform.
  2. From the left-hand menu, select ‘Vouchers’.

  4. Use the category filters, status filters, or keyword search to locate the voucher you want to edit. Tip: If your hotel has many vouchers, filtering will save you time.
  5. Once you’ve found the correct voucher, click ‘Edit’.

  7. Navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab.
  8. Locate the ‘Validity’ field and update it with the new validity period (e.g. 12 months, 6 months, etc.).

  10. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Update Voucher’ to save your changes.
