Not to be confused with changing the validity period of a guest's individual order.
This article aims to detail the steps to be taken in order to change a voucher's validity period (for all future vouchers purchased, of its type):
Log on to your Gifted platform.
Select ‘vouchers’ from the left-hand side column.
Search for the voucher in need of the change. You can use the category and status filter or keyword search to save time if your hotel has a high quantity of vouchers.
When you have found the voucher you are after, select 'edit'.
Tab across to ‘settings’.
Find the validity box and enter the new validity period.
Scroll to the bottom.
Press update voucher.
You cannot bulk update the validity period across multiple vouchers. These would need to be manually changed following the above instructions.
