Gifted | Are we able to send marketing emails to customers or do the names belong to Gifted?

You can only contact your customers if they have chosen to opt into receiving marketing emails from your hotel.

Whenever a customer is placing an order on the front end or a member of your team is placing an order on the back end, there will be a box to tick if they'd like to receive hotel info and offers. You can only contact them if this box has been ticked.


If you'd like to see a list of those who have opted in to receive marketing then all you have to do is log in to your dashboard, and click on 'Reports' to the left of the website. Then you will be able to see, on the right-hand side of the page, that you can download a report of all the customers who have opted in. This is the only report that can be used for marketing purposes.

The customer's order details will also show whether they have opted in or not when an individual order has been opened in Gifted.
