Ecommerce Platform | The 'promo report'

Once you have created a promo code on your ecommerce platform and have launched it, you can generate a 'promo report' to see all of the orders where a promo code has been applied. 

To run a 'Promo report'

  1. Log in to your ecommerce platform.
  2. In the menu on the left under the 'Manage' heading, click on 'Reports'
  3. You will then see this reporting screen.

  5. Select 'Promo report'.
  6. Choose the date range you wish to run the report for.
  7. Click on 'Generate report'.
  8. Once generated, your report will be available to download at the bottom of the 'Ready to download' list.

  10. Click on the report name to download it. 

Column definitions

  1. Total Standard Price: the total cost of the order without a promo code applied.
  2. Total Discounted Price: the new cost of the order with the promo code applied.
  3. Total Discount Amount: the amount deducted from the total standard price.
