If you need assistance adding images for a room or a rate, please reach out to your account manager at your SynXis reseller. Or search in the help guides within your SynXis CRS.

  • Please ensure no special characters are used in the file name (for your images), as this will prevent the image from displaying on the ecommerce platform.

  • Recommended size is 600 x 400 pixels
