Ecommerce Platform | SynXis | Guarantee policy

Please note:

  • If using SynXis CRS for anything else (GDS/IDS/Channel Connect) do not set ecommerce platform policy to default

  • Do not assign the policy to any rate that is assigned to anything other than only booking engine

The credit card needs to be removed from selected policy codes, so if this is assigned to any other channel's rates, those will be bookable without taking card details.
