Ecommerce Platform | Setting package time band limits

How do package time bands impact our ecommerce platform?

The arrival times displayed for spa days are pulled from the start of the applied time bands. Each inclusion for that spa day would also then need to be booked within the time band selected by the 'arrival time'. For more examples and information on how this works, please click here.

Example one:  In this example, the arrival times shown would be 12pm and 4pm. If the 12pm arrival time is selected, all the inclusions would need to be booked between 12:00-15:00. If the 16:00 arrival time is selected, all the inclusions would need to be booked between 16:00-20:00.
Example Two: In this example, the arrival times shown would be 12pm and 4pm. If the 12pm arrival time is selected, all the inclusions would need to be booked between 12:00-20:00. If the 16:00 arrival time is selected, all the inclusions would need to be booked between 16:00-23:00. As the "Number of bands booked" says 2, the availability will go across the ticked time band and the next one below it.

This allows you to create the specific requirements for each package from just five time bands.

Important Note:

'Booking Limit' is the maximum booking on a given day.

'Web Booking Limit' is the maximum number of packages that can be booked online, out of the total booking limit. (a sub-section of the booking limit, NOT in addition to).
