Ecommerce Platform | Rates | Set up a minimum length of stay restriction
You might have a specific rate that you want to apply a minimum length of stay restriction to, for example, a 2-night minimum length of stay over Christmas or New Year.
Note: any rate restrictions applied within your PMS/CRS will automatically feed through to the ecommerce platform. This additional feature has been designed to display MLOS alerts on your ecommerce platform calendar, as per below example:
- From the left-hand side menu, click on 'Stay' and then 'Rates'.
- Find the rate you want to apply the restriction to and click 'Edit'.
- Click on the Restrictions tab, and 'Create Restriction'.
- Enter the start and end dates of when the restriction will apply.
- Select the days of the week you want to restriction to apply to. If you are intending to block this out for the next month ahead, for example, select all days of the week.
- Note: Restriction type is currently defaulted to Minimum Length of Stay.
- Enter the minimum length of stay, e.g. 2.
- Ensure that Active is ticked to apply the restriction straight away.
- Click 'Save restriction'.
