Ecommerce Platform | Rates | Set up a no arrival restriction
You may have specific days that you do not accept arrivals, or want to restrict specific rates with certain non-arrival days.
- From the left-hand side menu, click on 'Stay' and then 'Rates'.
- Find the rate you want to apply the restriction to and click 'Edit'.
- Click on the Restrictions tab, and 'Create Restriction'.
- Enter the start and end dates of when the restriction will apply.
- Select the days of the week you want to restriction to apply to. If you are intending to block this out for the next month ahead, for example, select all days of the week.
- Ensure that Active is ticked to apply the restriction straight away.
- Click 'Save restriction'.
