Ecommerce Platform | Ensure automatic reservation references is enabled

If treatments aren't showing availability on ecommerce platform, when first setting up the connection with Premier, please ensure that 'Automatic Reservation References' is turned on within Premier by following the below:

  • Log into 'Manager'

  • Select 'General' Menu

  • Click 'Sites'

  • Click 'Site Settings'

  • Click 'Reservation Options'

  • Enable to option for "Auto Generate Reservation References"
