Ecommerce Platform | How to unpublish a spa item

There are two different ways you can unpublish a spa item from your storefront without deleting it in ecommerce platform or unticking the web-bookable box in Premier.

These ways are:

  1. Use the Status indicator to set it to Active or Inactive

  2. Toggling 'Publish to the website' on or off.

Using the Status Indicator

  • Log in to ecommerce platform.

  • From the dashboard, select 'Spa' from the left-hand menu, this will reveal 'Treatments', 'Spa Days' and 'Extras'.

  • Select the page you are looking for, whether it’s for 'Treatments', 'Spa Days' or 'Extras'.

  • This will open a new page that will show a list of all of the items that have been imported from Premier.

  • When first imported, all items will come in as inactive, and this will be visible by a red circle indicator next to the name of the item.

  • If you already have an item active and published with the green circle, you can simply click on the green circle and turn it red to make it inactive/unpublished.

Toggling 'Publish to the website'

  • Log in to ecommerce platform.

  • From the dashboard, select 'Spa' from the left-hand menu, this will reveal 'Treatments', 'Spa Days' and 'Facilities' and 'Extras'.

  • Select the relevant tab.

  • This will open a new page that will show a list of all of the items that have been imported from Premier.

  • Click on 'Edit' next to the item you wish to publish/unpublish.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and toggle ‘Published on the website’ on, or to unpublish toggle off.
