Ecommerce Platform | How to set a Treatment to telephone booking only

In order to make a Treatment telephone booking only:

  • Log in to ecommerce platform.

  • Under the 'Products & Service' heading select 'Spa' and then 'Treatments'.


  • Click on the 'Edit' button next to the Treatment you wish to update.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and just above the Terms and Conditions you will see a checkbox for 'Telephone only'. Ensure this is ticked.


  • Click 'Save Spa Treatment'.

  • When a guest goes to book online they will then be presented with this message:
