Ecommerce Platform | How to run a guest report and what data does it contain?

Reports can be generated and downloaded from within your ecommerce platform to view as a spreadsheet.

The 'guest report' contains contact information for customers who 'opted in' at the time of booking or from within the account setup to receive special offers and other marketing messages. (IMPORTANT: This is the only report from which guests’ personal details may be used for marketing purposes.)

To generate the guest report

  • Log in to ecommerce platform.
  • Select ‘Reports’ from the left-hand menu.

  • Once on the 'Reports' page, select ‘Guest report’.


  • Enter the date range you would like the report to cover.

  • Click 'Generate report'.

  • The newly generated report will appear as a link, at the bottom of the 'Ready to download' list. Click the link to open the CSV file of the report.



What information does the report contain?

  • Customer title
  • First name and surname

  • Agreed to marketing email

  • Agreed to marketing SMS

  • Creation date

  • Marketing email

  • Marketing SMS

  • Has account
