When should I use this?

Use this guide if you are a new member of staff or a manager who has just been granted access to the Ecommerce platform. This process ensures your account is securely tethered to our central user management system, Hotel Lobby.

Key Logic:

To maintain high security, the platform uses a two-stage verification process. You must first verify that your email address is active before the system will allow you to create a password. This prevents unauthorised access and ensures that automated system alerts (like order notifications) reach the correct inbox.


Before you start:

  • Ensure your system administrator has confirmed that your account has been created.

  • Keep your work email inbox open and accessible.

  • Have a secure password in mind that meets standard complexity requirements.

Important Notice:

Access Levels: Your permissions (what you can see and edit) are determined during account creation. If you find you cannot access certain modules (like Finance or Content), please contact your property’s lead administrator. Our support team can only adjust user access at the direct written request of an authorised full-access user.
