Ecommerce Platform | How to log in and navigate to the front end

Once someone from our support or implementations team has created you new user, you will receive an email from HotelLobby to verify your email address. Once this has been completed, you’ll be able to log into HotelLobby and access ecommerce platform by following the below guide.

Logging In:

  • Login to: https://lobby.travel

    • To make logging in easy in the future, you may wish to bookmark this URL

  • Select Hotel Apps from the left menu.

  • Click “VIEW” on the ecommerce platform tile.

  • This will then take you through to the back end of ecommerce platform.

    • If the site asks you to log in again, you can do this with the same details used for Hotel Lobby.

Navigate to the front end:

  • Select the 'View Site' at the top of the page. This will open your storefront in a new tab.
