You have just been added as a new user in our ecommerce environment and need guidance on verifying your account, setting your password, and accessing the platform for the first time.
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions
- After your account has been created, you will receive an email asking you to verify your email address. This message will be sent from our user management system, Hotel Lobby.
- Once you complete the verification, you will receive a second email (from Hotel Lobby) prompting you to create your password
- When your password is set, you can access our ecommerce platform through Hotel Lobby:
- Log in to Hotel Lobby - https://www.lobby.travel/
- In the left-hand menu, click Hotel Apps.
- Select the OneJourney tile to launch the platform.
- If launching our platform via Hotel Lobby does not work, and for all future access, we recommend logging in directly using the platform URL https://admin.onejourney.travel/.
🧠 Important Note
- If you do not receive either of the onboarding emails, please check your spam or junk folder. If the emails are still not found, contact your administrator to resend the setup links.
- Use the same email address and password that you have already set up in Hotel Lobby for our ecommerce platform.
- User access can be adjusted by our support team at the direct written request of a full access user.
