Ecommerce Platform | How to delete or reinstate a rate in Ecommerce Platform

To delete a Rate:

  • Log in to ecommerce platform

  • Select 'Stay' and then 'Rates' from the left-hand menu


  • Find the rate you would like to delete and select the three dots to the far right-hand side.

  • Select 'Delete' from the pop-up that appears.

  • Select 'Yes' from the pop-up that appears.


To reinstate a Rate:

If a rate is deleted in error and needs to be reinstated, please email support@journey.travel who will be able to reinstate the rate on your behalf.
