From time to time it may become necessary to clear your browser cache. If Support asks you to do this follow these steps:
- Press Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard.
If you still see issues after this then clear cookies and cache then restart your browser. For help with any other browser, refer to your browser-specific sections below.
Select "Preserve Favourites website data", "Temporary internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" and click on "Delete"
Click on "Apply"
Click on "OK"
Close the browser and open it again.
Under 'Clear browsing data', select 'Choose what to clear'
Select the 'Cached images and files' and "Cookies and other site data" checkboxes and then select "Clear"
Close the browser and open it again.
Select “Browsing & Download History”, “Cookies”, “Cache” and “Offline Website Data”.
Click on the “Clear Now” button
Close the browser and open it again
This will then launch Dev Tools
Click on the 'Application' tab
Click on 'Storage' is selected by default.
On the right-hand side of the page, ensure that all checkboxes are ticked.
7. Click on 'Clear site data'
8. Close the browser and open it again
This will give you a list of the currently open URLs in your browser.
Right-click each of these and click 'Clear'
5. Close the browser and open it again
If this still hasn't worked try clearing all cookies and cache in Chrome:
Go To History > History > Clear browsing data
Select “Time range” as “All Time”
Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”
Click on “Clear Data” Button
Close the browser and open it again
Tap "Clear History and Data"
Tap Clear cache, Clear history, and Clear all cookie data as appropriate
