Ecommerce platform | Dashboards (overview and analytics)

When you are logged into your ecommerce platform you can view various dashboards which allows you to see how your hotel is performing.

Accessing your dashboards

  • Log in to ecommerce platform.

  • The default page should be your Dashboard but if you are on another page click on Dashboard in the menu on the left.


  • You will then be presented with your Dashboard.

  • This will show you:

    • Today's Overview.

    • Analytics Overview.

Today's Overview

This dashboard will provide information based on orders completed that day.


It covers:

  • Total orders value

    • Value of all completed orders.

  • Payments taken

    • This value will be different to the total order value as it will include any refunds or deferred payments.

  • Total orders placed

    • Total orders placed that day.

  • Orders in progress

    • Orders that have not been completed.

Analytics Overview

This dashboard provides you with a breakdown of the data which allows you to see trends and analyse each module for performance and revenue for a selected time period.

To view a specific time period, select the desired dates and it will populate the fields below with the relevant data.


  • You also have the option to see full analytics overviews for 'Rooms', 'Spa' or 'Offers & Promos' by selecting either of the buttons below.
