✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

Access Restriction Rules

  1. Log in to your ecommerce platform.
  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Products & Service > Spa.
  3. Select Restriction Rules.

Create a Restriction Rule

  1. Click Create restriction rule.

  2. Select the target for the rule from the drop-down list, which will include site-related areas

  3. Set the start and end date/time for the restriction period.

  4. Click Save.

📌 The rule will appear on the Restriction Rules page once saved.

Warning Deleting a rule cannot be undone—if removed in error, it must be recreated.

Restrict a Full Day (All Items)

  1. Go to the Restriction Rules page.
  2. Click Block a day.
  3. Select the date you want to restrict.

  4. Click Save.

📌 This will prevent bookings for all items/events on the selected date.
