Ecommerce Platform | Calculating requirements for time band limits

Calculating your time band requirements is a specialist operational task. 

Time bands control the number of guests booked on a spa day package for a given time slot/slots (bands).

Example:

  • The spa offers half-days and full spa days, each experience requires a locker for the guests.

  • The spa has only 10 lockers, so they can only book a combination of either 10 full spa days or 20 half spa days.

Activating Package Availability in Premier Software:

  • Open 'Package Time Bands' in Configuration/Administrator

  • Select Band 1 and enter the start & end times.

  • Enter the booking limits for each day - be careful to ensure Web Booking Limits are set because if set to 0, the package will show no availability via Journey's ecommerce platform.

  • Repeat the process for other time bands.
