Ecommerce Platform | Advanced times for treatments and facilities

If you need to block out a certain time on a certain day of the week for a specific treatment or facility, you can do this directly within our ecommerce platform. This will override the availability that is read from Premier - so will be particularly handy if you have a certain spa item that you want to reduce the availability for without impacting any other treatments/facilities or walk-in bookings.


Please note, that this setting will carry across to the relevant treatment/facility when included within a package.

To do this:

  • Log in to the ecommerce platform

  • Under the 'Products and Services' heading on the left-hand side, select 'Spa' and then 'Treatments' or 'Facilities'.


  • Find the treatment or facility that you want to adjust and click 'Edit'.


  • Click 'Availability' from the second left-hand menu as shown below:










  1. Untick the time slots that you would like to be blocked out/unavailable for this spa item for each relevant day of the week:

Please note:
If our support team need to adjust your spa's reservation intervals or opening and closing times, directly within our ecommerce platform, it will revert all boxes back to fully ticked. This is a setting that only Journey staff members can change would only ever be done at your spa's request/with your spa's permission.
