This section outlines how to adjust or block out time slots for a treatment or facility. You’ll learn how to edit availability directly in your ecommerce platform, which will override any availability being read from Premier.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to your ecommerce platform.
  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Products and Services → Spa → Treatments or Facilities.

  3. Locate the treatment or facility you want to update and click Edit.
  4. From the secondary menu on the left-hand side, click Availability.

  5. You’ll now see a grid of available time slots for each day of the week.
  6. Untick the time slots that you want to block out or make unavailable for that specific spa item.
  7. Repeat for each relevant day as required.

🧠 Important Note

  1. Any advanced time settings you apply here will also carry through to packages that include the same treatment or facility.​
  1. If our Support team needs to adjust your spa’s reservation intervals or opening and closing times directly within the ecommerce platform, your current availability grid will reset — all boxes will return to fully ticked.
  2. These system-level adjustments can only be made by Journey staff and will only occur at your request or with your permission.
