“Create New Staff Commission Type” – this option gives you the ability to input new commission levels
“Create New Staff Commission Type Based on Existing Type” – if you select this option you will then be asked to select the site you wish to copy from – Note: this option will automatically copy across all commission types and levels from the site selected, this is not relevant if you are a single site.
“Green Tick”
You have two options in the “Description Type”, if your staff have targets and they are all different this would be the staff name, alternatively if a group of staff have the same target this could be setup as “Therapists”, in the example below we will use the staff member’s name.
Input the “Staff Name”

You can now input the commission scales as required, for example if Amy is eligible for commission on courses input her targets, only TICK the box at the end of the table if the highest % of commission is paid over all targets.
For example if the first target is £500.00 and the commission is paid at 5%, the second target is£1.000 and the commission is paid is 10%, the third target is £10.000 commission is paid at 20%if the box remains unticked the commission will be paid as per the targets set, however if the box is ticked once the highest commission has been achieved the 20% will be paid on all targets, so in effect the staff member will receive 20% commission across the board.
Follow the above for all sections that are relevant
Once this section has been completed click onto the relevant tab along the top you have the option to select from “Appointments”, “Facility Appointments”, “Group Activities”, “Packages”, “Stock”, “Courses”, “Vouchers”, “Food & Drink” and “Misc”.
By clicking onto each tab you have the option to state which appointments are eligible for commission to be paid, if it is All appointments click onto the downwards arrow located next to the box with None allocated and select Spa Service and then click onto Update all, this will then change None to Spa Service.
Note by choosing this option “All” Treatments will be included in the commission type, if a treatment is not required select the required treatment and using the dropdown box select “None” and this treatment will then be omitted from commission.
This process will need to be repeated for all Tabs located across the top ensuring that the correct type is selected in the Update all box.
Assign Commission to Staff
To allocate the correct commission type to the relevant staff member, to do this in “Enterprise” click onto “Staff Setup”
- Select the relevant “staff member”
- Click onto “Site Details”
- Using the “Dropdown Arrow” which is located next to the “Commission Box” select the correct commission type, this will now be attached to the staff member.
