You will first create Commission Categories, then set up Commission Types with associated percentages and targets. Finally, commission structures are assigned to staff members, defining which products, services, or activities generate commission.

Creating Commission Category Types
Log into Administrator or Manager
Go to General Menu > Commission Types
Click the Green Plus button to add a new category
Enter the Category Name in the description field (e.g., Courses, Retail, Treatments, Personal Training)
Click the Backwards Tick once all categories are added
Setting Up Commission Types
Go to Commission Type Setup in Administrator or Manager
Click the Green Plus button to add a new commission structure
Choose one of the options
Create New Staff Commission Type – input new commission levels
Create New Staff Commission Type Based on Existing Type – copy commission types and levels from another site (useful for multi-site setups)
Click the Green Tick to confirm
In Description Type, choose either:
Staff member’s name (if targets are individual)
Group name (e.g., Therapists, if targets are shared)
Enter the Staff Name and click the Green Tick
Input the commission scales (e.g., £500 at 5%, £1,000 at 10%, £10,000 at 20%)
Tick the box at the end of the table if the highest commission percentage should apply to all targets
Repeat for all relevant sections
Assigning Commission to Products/Services
Navigate through the tabs along the top: Appointments, Facility Appointments, Group Activities, Packages, Stock, Courses, Vouchers, Food & Drink, Misc
For each tab, assign eligible items for commission:
Click the dropdown next to None allocated and select the desired service (e.g., Spa Service)
Click Update All to apply
To omit specific items, select None from the dropdown for that service
Repeat this process for all tabs to ensure correct assignments
Assigning Commission Types to Staff
In Enterprise, go to Staff Setup
Select the relevant staff member
Click Site Details
Use the Dropdown Arrow next to the Commission box to select the correct commission type
The selected commission type is now attached to the staff member
