“Client Sources” allows the user to record how each client first heard about the spa, which then gives an accurate record of the effectiveness of the marketing methods that are being used.

Configuring Client Sources
In “Administrator” or "Manager" select the “General Menu” icon, then click onto “Client Source”
To create a new source, click onto the “Green Plus” button
The “Description” box will turn white, input the description of the new source, and then “Green Tick”
Allocating Client Sources
A client source can be added to a customers record card on creation or when editing the record card.
In “Reception” click onto “Clients”, and search for the record card you wish to edit.
Under “Miscellaneous” there is a tab called “Source” click onto the dropdown arrow located at the end of the box and select the relevant source from the list provided.
Click onto the “Green Backwards Arrow” to save the changes.
