EMS | Cancellation Reasons

Description

Cancellation Reason Codes gives the user the ability to state the reason for a cancellation, which is then recorded on the clients record card and used in the Cancellation reports

This section covers the creation of the Cancellation Codes

Resolution



In “Administrator” or "Manager" select the “General Menu” icon, then click onto “Cancellation Reasons”
 


Creating New Cancellation Reasons

  1. To create a new bank press the “Green Plus” button
  2. “Description” type in the description for the cancellation
    1. “Type” - this is the area of the software the cancellation reason is applicable to;
    2. "Membership” - Reasons when completing a cancellation via membership update
    3. “Reservation” - Reasons when completing a cancellation via reservations
    4. “Appointment” - Reasons when cancelling an appointment
  3. Click onto the "Green Tick" to complete

Cancellation Site Details

Select the site you wish to update, select the "Site Details" tab, then amend the following:
  1. Alternate Description

Activating Cancellation Reasons


To enable cancellation reasons:
  1. Click onto “General”
  2. Click onto “Main System Details”
  3. Click onto “Enterprise Details Setup”
  4. Check the required tick boxes to activate the seasons
