EMS | Audit Profiles and Audit Log

Description

Audit Log” allows the user to keep track of actions that are performed within the system. By creating your own “Audit Profiles” you can specify which areas of the system you would like to audit and run that profile for any date range and staff members you require.

If you require the ability to Audit specific staff members it is essential that each member of staff logs onto the system when required and logs off when they have finished. If this process is not followed you will not be able to correctly ascertain which members of staff where logged onto the system when certain functions were carried out.
