Premier’s Audit Log allows the creation of Audit Profiles to group and quickly report on specific activities. Once profiles are set up, you can generate reports based on predefined or custom criteria such as staff members, clients, sites, and date/time ranges. Proper staff logon/logoff is essential to ensure accuracy.

Creating Audit Profiles
Log into Administrator or Manager.
Go to Auditing > Audit Profiles.
Click the Green Plus icon to create a new profile.
Enter a name for the profile in the Audit Profile Description field and click the Green Tick to confirm.
Use the Audit Group dropdown to select categories (Booking, Clients, Membership, Reservations, Tilling).
Highlight Audit Items to include and use the Single Arrow to add them to the profile.
Use the Double Arrow to add all items.
To remove items, use the reverse Single or Double Arrow.
Running the Audit Log
Go to Auditing > Audit Log.
Use the following selection criteria:
Date – Choose “All” or select a specific date range via Custom; optional time selection is available.
Client / Company – Enter the name and press Enter.
Sites – Defaults to “All Selectable.”
User – Select all users by default or choose specific staff members; multiple selections are available via the Selection option or the three dots.
To exclude users, highlight their name and click the Single Backwards Arrow.
Generating Audit Reports
Pre-Defined Audit Profiles – Select a profile to automatically populate items and click the Green Tick to generate the report
Selection Audit Items – Build a custom report by selecting audit items via Audit Group, using navigation arrows to include them, then click Green Tick to generate
